Dr Johanna Sabogal

Dr Johanna Sabogal graduated from Philipps University in Marburg, Germany, in 2008 before she moved to Australia. She has trained at different hospitals and started working in General Practice in 2016.

Dr Sabogal enjoys all aspects of general practice and treating patients of every age. She loves the continuity of care, and helping patients reach their health goals. She has a special interest in women’s health and contraception, antenatal care and chronic disease management. She is an IUD (intra-uterine device) and contraceptive implant inserter.

​

Dr Sabogal currently consults on a part-time basis and also participates in our weekend roster.  She works on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

 

In her time away from work she enjoys good food, gardening and going on outdoor adventures with her family and friends. She loves board games although is known to be a little too competitive at times.
